Tai Scott is an emerging director/videographer based in Melbourne (Naarm), Australia. He grew up in the port town of Gladstone in Central Queensland before moving to the Sunshine Coast as a teenager. These locations served as inspiration for the setting of his debut film as a writer/director, Spit of You. Tai completed his Bachelor of Film at Griffith Film School in 2023 as a recipient of the Sir Samuel Griffith Scholarship and member of the Student Academy of Excellence. It is here that he developed his voice as an emerging Vietnamese-Australian filmmaker and spent time in the camera departments of several local films. Tai is currently freelancing as a videographer and music composer, offering all-in-one video production to AC work and beyond.
